How to cook Donbass cutlets

The classic recipe for Donbass cutlets includes a mixture of two types of meat - beef and pork in equal proportions. The treat has a textured surface and a very tender inside with hot oil. There are several nuances that can affect the final result:

  • frozen meat cannot be used, the base should only be fresh and without streaks;
  • It is better to make bread crumbs on your own, for this take a fresh loaf, roast in the oven and grind into large crumbs - one loaf will be enough for 1 kg of meat;
  • the butter for the filling of cutlets must be of high quality, a bad product can release moisture during the cooking process, in which case the meat base will simply burst.
