In the fight against plant diseases, summer residents use various folk remedies, special preparations. To suppress the growth and spread of fungi, experienced gardeners use fungicides that perform several functions: protective, medicinal. The main types of action of substances:
- systemic - do not allow the development of the disease in plant tissues;
- contact fight against fungi on the surface;
- systemic contact.
Fungicide Acrobat MC refers to systemic contact drugs - at the same time protects and heals plants inside and outside. A solution of this agent is quickly absorbed by green spaces, but is easily washed off from their surface during rains, which must be taken into account when using.

Fight for potatoes

How to save tomatoes
Late blight appears and spreads on tomato bushes at high humidity and low temperatures (this can include fogs, sudden changes in daily temperatures). Close potato beds can also provoke the development of the disease in tomatoes. It is believed that when the first signs of the disease appear on potatoes, tomatoes will become infected in one and a half to two weeks.
But even in the absence of signs of disease, you should not give up preventive spraying. 2-3 weeks after planting, tomato seedlings are treated with Acrobat MC. Enough 3-4 liters of solution per hundred square meters. Plants quickly absorb the composition. Since the fungicide belongs to systemic contact drugs, there is no need to fear that in case of a sudden rain it will be washed off the greenery to no avail. But it is advisable to spray the bushes in dry weather. It is recommended to carry out 2-3 irrigations per season with an interval of three weeks. Moreover, the last time the fungicide is used 25-30 days before harvest.
Cucumber processing
Most often, the vegetable is affected by peronosporosis in greenhouses. On the open ground, such a disease can occur with high humidity. The first signs are yellow-oily spots on the front of the leaves. To process cucumbers, dissolve 20 g of granules in 7 liters of water. This volume is enough to spray one hundred square meters. If you do not stop the disease, the leaves will turn brown, dry up and only petioles will remain on the stems. In 10 liters of water, 20 g of the fungicide Acrobat MC are diluted (consumption - an area of 100 square meters). If the season is characterized by long rains, then you can additionally spray the grapes at the beginning of the berry filling, but about a month before harvesting.
The systematic use of any fungicide can reduce the effectiveness of the result, therefore it is important to correctly adhere to the dosage indicated by the manufacturer. It is also recommended to alternate between different drugs periodically.
Precautions
Acrobat MC does not harm bees, soil microorganisms and worms. Since the fungicide is a chemical, safety precautions must be followed when spraying the solution.
- To prepare the composition, use a special container (not food utensils). Protective equipment must be worn: special clothing, gloves, glasses, respirator.
- Before starting spraying, make sure that there are no other people or animals nearby. When spraying, do not smoke, drink or eat.
- At the end of the work, they thoroughly wash their hands and face with soap, rinse their mouth.
- If, nevertheless, the fungicide solution gets on the skin, mucous membranes, in the eyes, the product is washed off with a large volume of water.
